56) Instance properties cannot be scheduled. Example length of the rod in the pipe bracing or support.

59) Foundation and walls not auto-minus with slab, quantity will be inaccurate

Autodesk) Bug in Revit 2013, escalate to development.

60) The base level of wall is not shown in schedule directly

61) Better to have option so that user can choose either slab will cut beam or beam will cut slab. This is related to drawing presentation and quantity take off

62) Walls created as in-place component do not have the same properties as the system (wall) family and have limitations in schedule. Have a filesize issue as well.

63) Why Revit has restrictions on system family for slab and walls.

Example1: if a project uses hollow core slab, only option is to use inplace family under beams to insert a hollow core slab.  Results in wrong classification under beam families and error in quantity schedules.

Example 2: Structural columns accidentally classified as structural walls due to small size. Extraneous take off results.

Example 3: Tie/ground beams can only be modeled as beam elements. Actually part of the foundation structure. Extraneous take off results.

64) Problem tabulating group. For e.g. if I have a 20 storeys high Condominium, for which I have Type A, B & C, each Unit I type into a group. I have 8 units of Type A/floor, 10 units of Type B/floor, & 12 units of Type C/floor. I cannot pull out a Unit Type Schedule based on the groups alone.
