4th Government BIM Symposium 2016
The 4th Government BIM Symposium will be hosted by China and will take place in Beijing, China on 11 October 2016. The main objective of the Symposium is to provide a forum for public sector agencies within the Asia Pacific region to share learning points, explore collaboration in applied BIM R&D and work towards harmonization of BIM standards within the Asia Pacific and other regions.

The fifth Singapore Construction Productivity Week (SCPW) will be held from 13 to 16 October 2015 at the Singapore Expo Max Atria and Hall 3. Hosted by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the SCPW will focus and facilitate discussions to fundamentally change the way we build and improve collaboration in the construction value chain, so as to reduce the built environment sector’s reliance on foreign workers. This year, BCA collaborates with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) to feature technology solutions that looks to transform the built environment sector and improve productivity.
The event aims to attact over 6,000 industry practitioners as well as academics from around the world to share and learn about advanced construction technologies.

BCA will also be organising the third International Panel of Experts (IPE) meeting on Building Information Modelling (BIM) from 9 to 12 October 2015.
